I have had the recent pleasure of working with you and your Sales staff (Jamie Kaban and Macon Doublet) and Finance Mgr (Jeremy Truong) in choosing a Hyundai that meets my needs, as well as establishing a vehicle protection package and organizing the insurance. It is wonderful to have a 'one-stop-shop' for the purchase of a new car.
I want you to know that I had a very positive experience with all staff at your dealership. I wish to single out Jamie, Macon and Jeremy in their additional efforts and professionalism. For a woman to shop on her own for a vehicle can be a daunting and intimidating experience. I was particularly impressed with the maturity, conscientiousness, and customer satisfaction attitude of Jamie. There is a distinction in his service around listening to the customer, knowing the right questions to ask, and supporting a well-informed choice that allows the customer to proceed feeling confident. Jamie, Macon and Jeremy were thorough in their descriptions of options and finding the best fit. Their sensitivity to 'what the customer wants/needs' goes a long way in building customer trust and satisfaction, long after leaving the showroom. They work effectively to build the customer relationship for life.
